About Kitesurf Ometepe - Kitesurf & Wingfoil School on Ometepe Island, Nicaragua
Learning to kitesurf on Ometepe means riding warm freshwater between two volcanoes, Concepción and Maderas. It doesn't get much more special than that.
We're an official F-ONE Pro School with IKO certified instructors teaching in English, French, Dutch, German and Spanish. We offer private lessons, duo lessons for two, and the only wingfoil classes on the island. 3, 6, 9 and 12 hour kitesurfing courses are available for students wanting to take their riding skills to the next level.
Already ride? Our rental equipment of brand new F-ONE kites, boards and wings is waiting for you.
The wind blows steady (15-25 knots) from November to May, and the lake is a safe place to ride with its on and side shore winds.
